Shipping Carriers:
- The carrier we use to handle and deliver your purchases is UPS and Fed Ex.
- We only ship to the 48 continental states.  We do not ship internationally at this time.

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Return Policy

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.


Backorder Policy

We accept returns for any reason.  Prior to returning the item(s), you must contact our customer service team for a 24 hour response time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.  HauteAggie.com ships from numerous warehouses throughout the United States.  Based off the item(s) you purchased, the return procedures vary by location.  A restock fee may apply for order items not being exchanged.  Our customer service team will give you details upon receipt of your return request.


Damaged Goods Policy

When you receive your package(s), please inspect it carefully, as well as all items included.  It is typical for boxes/bags to incur some wear during transit.  

We take full responsibility of any item(s) that arrive to your location damaged or defective.  Please do not return, discard, or use the item(s) prior to contacting our customer service team for a 24 hour response time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.
